HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worse company I have ever come across to refund it forever, I was promised that it will be done by the 7th since I called them 1st till today I have not received my money back. when you call you told stories about protocols that they don't adhere to, a supervisor, manager was supposed to call me to give me explanation nothing of such Vuma please ensure that you do your home work before you contract with ISP going forward I really disappointed with the services thus far hardly a year they came to give internet but they customer services is horrible.
