**********.... Is an understatement for Supersonic fibre

The worst service ever. I see numerous complaints from all of us experiencing the same issues.. Wifi down, poor quality, and ********** customer service. The company does not have the decency to respond to complaints on whichever platform there are complaints. I think all of us who are disgruntled customers should rally together and lodge a massive lawsuit against Supersonic demanding they refund us our money and cancel our contracts with zero cancellation costs as they surely cannot deliver.. On anything... The excuse that the wifi is down in "your area" is completely ridiculous as all of us from around the country cannot have this issue. Supersonic.. Please get your act together..
