Home router contract

I signed with the worst company in my whole life which is Supersonic. I made a contract with them in November 2021, it was a router which costs R199 per month. They delivered the router same week. The delivery guy was from DSV he delivered the router with papers to signed for the contract and i signed. When i tried to connect the router i didn't work i kept on calling so after 1 week it was connected and working. And of the month i waited for them to deduct money in my account they didn't. I called to ask them about it they say i do not have an account with them something went wrong they don't know how. They checked the router number and MEI if the router really belongs to them and yes that was confirmed they said i must pay using EFT they gave me their account number and they took all my details so i paid and sent the payment proof to them. It didn't work the whole of december coz i paid on the 14th of December but even after payment it didn't work. I decided to put the router away coz it's not working and kept on writing sending them proof but no one helped me. So in January i decided to connect it. It worked for 5 days and stopped. On the 31st of January they deducted R929 in my bank plus another deduction which is R260 that means they took R 1189 from me i kept calling and trying to cancel the contract but still no one is helping me they say they don't have a contract with me i must contact mtn, mind you i don't have contract with mtn and I've never have but they are the ones who are partnered with mtn because the router came out with mtn registered simcard. I don't know what to do because they will ruin my name if i reverse the money. Please help me i ahve all the proof because i contacted them using calls, facebook and twitter accounts. Please help get myself out of that hell.😭😭😭😭 i don't want anything to do with their company they must cancel this nonsense and come to collect their router they have charged me more than enough in 3 months.
