My wife had a contract with Nepic which was taken over by Supersonic without her concent.Al went well for 4 months till she upgraded.She was then billed for two contracts resulting double charged of over R4000.After numerous calls to the call center and visit to their HO which is non existing we still dont know how to get the refund. Only option now is to cancell the contract but that could also be a mission.Very bad service and will not recommend any body to make use of their services.Contract So125693
