FEELS LIKE THEY'RE TAKING YOU FOR A IOKE!

Customer service is absolutely terrible! No response whatsoever on the WhatsApp line and the call center is extremely useless! I placed my order on the 26th of July and have just heard back from them today! On the 13th of August telling me it's going to take another 7-14 business days??? Disgusting.
