Failure to deliver

I app**** for my wifi router router 3weeks back if not more, im being told they will send me a tracking number, Ram has to deliver, when i call i hold for long when they finally answer they tell me they will get back to me, i called again today dakalo told me she will call me back im still waiting, if u can not deliver please cancel my order, u have the worsed customer service
