Excuses sold as explanations

I am seriously disappointed in supersonic . I cannot spend a whole day without internet and get an excuse for a reason as to why . I have exhausted all the communication platforms and I am seriously annoyed because you claim metro fibre is the issue for the internet being down but the people in my complex that use different service providers are not experiencing any issues so exactly what is the issue and why is it taking forever to fix . If our money is too much for you guys to handle , you can advise us and we will gladly go seek better service and communication elsewhere .
