The ONLY reason why ill be giving a full 5 star review on here for Supersonic is Purely based off of the service technician that helped me. The lady, Precious Radebe, called me back, then sat on the line with me for an hour and 10 mins, patiently trying to sort out my issue. She was back and forth on the line between myself and the technical team, trying her absolute best! So Supersonic, if I were you, I would look after Precious! She is an Absolute star and should be used as an example of how to deliver service EXCELLENCE! Thank you Once again for your patience Precious Radebe, you are a very kind and Patient soul!
