Duped by Supersonic Fibre

In December 2020, l spoke to one of their Agents as l wanted their service, l amost signed up but sent an email that very day to cancel the Wifi contract. Instead, they debited me in January and February, made numerous calls to cancel and refund me since l never used their services. I thought l would get my refund on time. Up til now l am calling nearly everyday but sent from pillar to post. Seems they are not ready to refund me. Supersonic Fibre seems, its run by a mafia. I wouldnt be excited to refer anyone to this Marabastaad type of business.
