Dont use Supersonic Fibre

I have never had a worse consumer experience in my life than dealing with Supersonic. App**** for a 20mps line was getting a 0.6mbps line. Endless calls to a consumer care number that basically have a bunch of clueless people that cant do anything or answer your questions they just forward an email to another department eg cancellations and no-one gets back to you, been a month now they not letting me cancel or neither are they sorting out my line and no one has got back to me yet with a resolution and Im basically phoning them almost everyday out of desperation. Best of all they still debiting me for a new month and still giving me an under 1mbps line. Stay away from Supersonic, much more reliable internet and fibre providers out there if you want a hassle free experience.
