Don't ever use Supersonic Fibre!!

I have never in my life experience such bad service. From not reading there mails and use the POP's I have send to 7 different mail addresses with the right references to not cancelling my contract and give the ISP notice after I have send request for cancellation and they rep**** confirming they received it. This is just the worst!! My business go for week 2 without internet. Me and tenants loose so much money. Because of their slip ups. Terrible!!
