DO NOT U SUPERSONICFIBRE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Supersonic Fibre is the worst service provider I have ever came across. Supersonic decided to cancel my subscription the 6th of May 2021 for reason after receiving payment via debit order and its already the 21st of May 2021 and my internet still off. Their customer service department can do nothing coz they are useless. All they say everyday 'your query has been escalated to the Project manager', who does absolutely nothing... I will not recommend anybody to join this service provider as they are nothing but **** ups. I have already given them a 1 star rating on Hello Peter. I will be putting this post on Twitter as well.
