Do not support this company as their consultants are ******* as tge company has trained them!!

I've called this company yesterday, spoke to a consultant named Sihle. He advised me that for a migration from fibre to lte I would get refunded for my installment i have paid yesterday and would have to pay advanced for the LTE for the sim and router to come to me. I called in today and spoke to a consultant by the name of Lunga K (she refused to give her Surname in full. Very unprofessional). She advised me that I will not get refunded and they will have to charge me in full. This company has no ethics and no training quality because this is the second time I am having problems with poorly trained consultants that has a new lie everyday. All of them tell me a different story. When I ask to speak to a manager they advise me that they are not available. Lunga K has promised to get her manager to give me a call no later than 3pm today.

All my calls are recorded and I will take this to court and proceed to SUE SUPERSONIC and defame them.

Take this as an urgent notice!!!
