DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER!!

UTTER disappointment!! We ordered Fibre on the 14th of Septemeber 2020 and were told installation takes up to 14 days (which we were fine with). After the 14 days we were told that they captured our address wrong and the whole process had to be started again (which I thought is so unprofessional as it was not our fault). We were then told that our query has been raised and the matter will be resolved shortly. It is now the 8th of October and nothing has changed. I would not recommend Supersonic if you are looking for decent, or even average, service.
