Disgustingly non existent client services

Do not touch this company with a 10 foot pole!! On the 30th of June, I requested the above account number to be canceled.Come 31 July my Internet was cut, no problem. It is now the 3rd and MY LINE HAS STILL NOT BEEN RELEASED!!! No one at your call center seems able to answer a phone or question and get this resolved, none of your email addresses reply and neither does your social media?! Release my line that is all I want!
