Disgusting service from Supersonic fibre/vumatel

My contract with supersonic fibre/vumatel was eventually cancelled after weeks of phone calls and emails. To my disgust they inform me that I have a month notice period until the end of April after they rendered no service at all. Who keeps these companies accountable??? Getting good service these days is like finding a needle in a haystack. My thoughts are if you not able to render a service that you promise your clients don't advertise your services as having the best ratings as that is just bull****.
