Disgusting service

This is actually funny because I read the reviews first before I joined, but due to people recommending it then I joined.

Monday my router was delivered and the Ram guy didn’t rica the SIM card ,I’ve been calling since then,after staying on the phone for 2 hours they hang up ,I’m sorry but I want my money back come back and take this nonsense of yours . Why didn’t the ram guy rica my sim because I gave him everything he requested from me? Why should I call for sim activation??

This is disgusting I want my money back because I’ve been calling for the past 3days with no solution.
