Disgusting service!!!!!

What is happening with my WiFi. Your super dumb techies keep hanging up the phone on me, one Nokwanda in particular. I mean you keep saying you are escalating and looking into the matter but it nobody seems to care! It’s two weeks now I have no internet but you still expect me to pay my monthly premium !!!Please get Bheki Nhlapo to resolve this today, also give me an email address where I can lay a formal complaint.
