Disgusting and pathetic service.

I've placed an order on the 15.03.2021 I waited almost 30 days for a technician to assist me finally installed and no router, no feedback. There is a co-ordinator called Thembi which is utterly and pathetically useless. Day 31 of request and no internet. Afrihost did in 4 days what supersonic attempted to do and still pending. Only reason I'm not with Afrihost is because supersonic is holding me hostage charging for a bogus line. The technicians did not even attempt to clean after they completed. Wires and plastic all over. Filthy service from all ends. Stay Away from thus putrid service.
