Disgusted at lack of customer service

Can someone please come back to me!!! I have been calling all day to get my Fibre activated either been cut off or told it's going to a project manager. So called super agents are rude and completely helpless can't give me answers spent over R300 on airtime for nothing, Highly disgusted new customer ***
