Debit order

There they go again!! You debit my account for a speed I’m not even getting. You guys are the worst ISP ever. I want my money back, until I get the line I’ve ordered. This has been going on since December last year, or else I’m taking legal action. How is it that these ***** companies even exist? The customer service is beyond appalling, I’ve been waiting for feedback since last year….I’ve been calling in ever since. Pathetic!
