Complaints

Poor poor service, got a LTE WIFI from them, 1st payment done upfront. Worked for 3 days, since this afternoon it's a battle! Were on the fone with one of their "superstars" couldn't sort the probleme out, told me she will phone back. 3 hours later, still silence.... My son in law battled 2 days and near to R200 airtime to sort out basically same probleme, after he needed to phone endlessly to change address (which by the way was submitted correctly by him from the start). Why advertise a product if after sale service and help is absolutely worth nothing.
