This is a joke, as a business your create expectation by advertising your service standards. Well, you are lying and you are cheating, your 7 to 14 days installation promise is nothing but a marketing stunt. The idiots at the call Centre do not know the function of their positions, your call Centre is a waste of time. Who the f*** is the project Managment department? How the F*** is it even possible for not even 1 of them to respond to 12 logged queries. I'm still waiting, Ive lost employment opportunities bcoz of this. Pathetic!!! After R500 airtime, no installation!!
