company inefficiency

This company has the worst service ever!!.Even the Project Co-ordinator I have been engaging with has little or no interest about customer satisfaction.I have been calling him,emailed him still I have had no response from him.He doesn't answer my calls as well.His name is Tebogo Ragedi.Look he promised to help activate my routers that I ordered from his company but am still sitting with routers that are non-functional.For the past 2 weeks I had to deal with their inefficiency regarding my orders that they kept messing up.I am their new client and am contemplating cancelling my contract with them which is less than 3 weeks old.
