CHEATED CUSTOMER

In the month of October I've called in almost everyday requesting for my refund. They can see the money but because it was paid through easy pay app on my phone, not directly from my bank account, its impossible to pay back my money. they don't come up with suggestions on how they'll refund me, instead i'm being told they'll call me back because its been escalated- Suffice to say none ever did call me back! What's worse, i once requested to speak to a supervisor/ manager...guess what they do?! they themselves on the call center floor pose as supervisors and that i only learned a week later. The level of disrespect is appalling!!!
