Cheap company unreliable

I paid supersonic in full on 22-02-21 to have my fiber installed it's been 1 and a half months later I'm still waiting everytime I call up the supersonic customer care line an agent advises me that they have escalated the matter someone will contact me which I'm still waiting up till today till this mintue there as been no calls no emails nothing.. Seriously guys this a extremely poor service supersonic is a hopeless place to actually take up anything if this is what service we get... Now you guys don't want to say anything about my full payment an when i ask the agent they advise they waiting for vumatel. But I paid the money to supersonic why should the dealing you guys have with vuma have anything to do with me. Please this is a problematic company guys trust me bad place to deal with
