Can't get hold of them at all

I contracted with Nepic but they sold the client base to supersonic fiber. The connection is supposed to be 50mbps bit we hardly average 15 Mbps. We can't get hold of them, not email, not telephone number nothing. How do you contract with someone and suddenly there is no service?
