CANT GET FEEDBACK

I have since not recieved any feedback from this people regarding delivery of my router and activation .its very frustrating to be calling everyday while people sit and fat without proper feedback .Koketso is the co-ordinator and seems she coordinates 0 as she cant give any feedback for years now .Ireally want to cancel this service as you have wasted my time since last year .Iwould not recommend anyone to join the supersnail like as you will regret ever joining this team.
