Cancellation of prepaid services.

I honestly don't know if you guys r running a **** or what. Gosh had I known or read the reviews before using your services I would be doing something else better with my time today. Ok, I ordered a line and everything was fibe with installations, internet access and payment links for the past 2 months now, since the past two weeks y'all are nowhere to be found support wise. Never thought that asking for a payment link would be so dramatic. I now cant get hold of you from any of your customer care channels hence I post here. I initially wanted a payment link but have since changed my mind to a cancellation. I need an immediate cancellation my new service provider is waiting for you to release my line. Give me a direct link to do so or do it please. It's prepaid! It shouldn't be that much of a hustle. Please please bathong
