Cancellation

They are refusing to cancel my fibre line. They promised 30 days... it is now 32...and counting. Been calling, email and whatsup them...just to get no reply .... not sure what to do... at my wits end. Cancellation no CAS-92496-D4R1H3 DID NOT USE THEIR FIBRE FROM DAY ONE ... THEY DID NOT EVEN DELIVER ROUTER.
