Billing ********

Mtn Supersonic has the most untrained and en educated staff seriously, I have avumtek line via thr stupid company, I was incorrectly billed, R7600 is now reflecting on my account which I'm Not liable for which was supposed to be credited off its almost a year now still sitting with the same problem not to mentioned my credit history looking like **** due to this stupid error on the companies side, been struggling to get a simple cal back, spent hundreds of Rands airtime speaking to their idiot staff no one can assist, they rather call me to ask if I requested to cancel, why would I cancel without the billing error being resolved? They ********** and imcompetent, time waisters!!!!
