Beware of supersonic full of empty promises

My lastest experience.

Get debited a bill 3 times my normal bill. When query it. They say its correct. I ask for an explanation. Its a clawback. How is that possible? Im cancelling after 6 months. I gave my 30 days notice. Withhout notice they bill me.

When you ask to speak to a manger there is never one available. When you ask for a call back it never happens.

My problem with supersonic is their lack of customer service.

Im taking this to ICASA i hope they get a massive fine.

Just a FYI guys they dont give you notifications when your bundles are low. They just cut you off.
