Bad to worse

I wish I could give no stars. The poor techs who have to answer the phone for this company. We have had no WiFi for over 3 weeks and I can’t be put through to a manager?! But they keep telling me my problem has been ‘excalated’. This is ridiculous! Please find another internet service provider...I am looking for one!
