Bad Service From Supersonic since day 1

This place is nothing but a pain for me since we started out, i have another 2 Service Providers i am using and i have had no issues i evens use a mtn data sim in my laptop for work purposes and the agent who assisted me said we might have network issues in my area, i said look i have a mtn data sim in laptop and i have never had issues, than i had to reset my router i told the guy the settings on the router is the same and no one had changed the settings, but these guys disconnected my sim card last night due to them not having my pinned router location lol flip i gave you my home address and it was delivered to that address, i have been in IT as a IT support for 8 years and never have i delivered such a bad service to a client. We work to get things resolved this is not evens a complexed issue, so clearly the agents are from another planet lol, but ey i think this is also my last month with these guys, the connection was fine 100 percent until last night till sim got disconnected i mean like we say why mess with something if its working and if you know you dont have the right s****s set to implement changes than leave it as is.
