Bad service from Supersonic

Keep away from them, they start off very impressively, and then the service just gets worse. You'll be on hold forever if you call their help line, and the mythical call back feature never calls back. I cancelled with them, paid for the whole month, and they suspended my account the night before the last day of the month. I requested that they reinstate my account for one more day, and they agreed and then did nothing about it. Money wasted for bad service!!!!!!!
