Bad service

Hi your service is pathetic I dont have internet since Thursday last week and on one help me. Your service consultants tell me they dont know whats wrong if they dont know how must i know? First i get told i dont have a account with you guys then i get put through to all your departments and no one and i repeat on one can help me. No service for five days and no one knows what is going on. How is this possible that no one knows what they are doing. I pay for a service i don't get on internet,but i pay a monthly service fee. If this is not fix before 14:00 today you guys can come and get your router. The only one consultant that really tried to help was Princess. She also gave me a case number.
