Bad service

Nothing as annoying as paying for fibre connection and it's hardly on!! What's 0.05 speed? Took this matter up with one of consultants and was told I'd get feedback..days later still no feedback or response from Temba Boitumelo at supersonic..this is really annoying especially coz I'm working from home...I need reliable connection!! Supersonic or vumatel please sort this out!!!
