Bad Service and No Feedback

I am trying to cancel my subscription from Supersonic since 2 August 2020. They keep sending me new invoices and don't get back to me. I called twice to discuss the issue and someone asked me to resend my information, documents and Email Trails. She would have cancelled the Subscription immediately. This was beginning September. End of September still now Cancellation or any feedback. They just keep hanging onto the Subscription and keep deduction the Stop Order. This bad Service is unacceptable.
