Bad service

Bad service.... Fibre has been installed no rooter, no internet, nothing my husband repents on internet to do his job, been on the phone trying to get hold of them new record hanging on for 25 min and I am caller number 4.... WhatsApp is if no use no one responds on there..... Sure they will be very quick to take money.....
