Bad service

I called in again Im on the phone with Mogale, he is trying to get me a statement, I asked for his surname and he told me he cant give it to me. Then i asked for my statement and it took him over 15 minutes to get it from the statement. Your service is pathetic. Ill be putting this on tiktok sesing that it has created a platform for us to quickly trend where there is trouble
