Bad service

Canceled my service with them 28 July 2021, giving August as my month of notice. Email received 5 Aug that line is disabled and will receive my payment back. After numerous contact was advised that will be off 31 Aug. To no surprise I am still on and they have not released my line so I can activate my new ISP. Have cont0them again 1 Sept and was advised that they have to open a new case to resolve matter. Really!!! I am still waiting....
