BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried since Friday to resolve an issue with my fiber NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!! I have spoken to 5 different people and still my problem has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. Nobody has the decency to call you back to try and resolve the issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC
