Bad seevice

I am having a very bad experience with supersonic. My wifi has been down for 4 days now and they keep saying its frogfoots problem but I had the technician from frogfoot with them on the phone and he said everything is fine on there side. When I call them I hold for more than 20 min and they just hang up. I am disappointed I don't want there service anymore. I am working from home and I have to buy data on my phone so I can connect and work
