Bad Customer Support

I have been with Supersonic for some time now, fantastic service, but until you phone customer service. My option hit a 90degree turn after I spoke to a consultant who know jack ****. Trying to fix something over the phone rather than sending out a tech. We on the call from 7:30am & now its 09:00, but still no joy. Please can a tech be depatched in order to fix this issue
