Bad customer services

Supersonic is a great company when we started and the customer care and others was great but even before the lockdown everything started getting bad. Wait for 38min or more just to can talk to someone regarding problems. Everyday at about 21h45 or 22h00 the internet goes off and then we try restart options as told to do. When you whatsapp them the comper asks bit then says someone will get in touch. If you are lucky they get back to you 3days later. They need to step up again as they where because it's frustrating to try getting up internet everyday.
