Bad customer service!!!!!!!

Honestly feels like both Supersonic and Vumatel are running a ****a shop. Vuma doesn't have its own call centre so whenever you need assistance, you have to log it via Supersonic which is such an inefficient process. You guys do not value your customers! It's going to almost 24hrs without connectivity and all I get is that "your query has been escalated". What's so hard about just activating it? In the 12months I've been with service provider, I can rate them a proper 4/10!
