Bad customer service!

Supasonic fibre is the worst service provider ever they cancelled my service for no valid reason and i made a payment on the 28 July 2021 at Woolworths, Maponya mall. And the internet was working until on Wednesday 11/08/2021 they cancelled my service around 17:30pm. i called their customer service yesterday morning but i was transferred from one person to another and their consultants did not show any empathy one indian lady was rude and arrogant towards me she did not even log my query.
