BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Suoersonic is our Internet provider. We have a bussiness and for 7 days they can not sort out our problem. Their Customer care Consultants can not assist you have to stay on the line for up until 45 min before the ey have any news but stil yet no internet. I have asked the Technician to come to the premesis to fix the problem and he promis to do so the next day and still yet no Technician. My business is losing money as we can not to our jobs such as quotes etc. I hope the Owner Mr. Kelvin Colette take not of his Employees not doing their jobs properly. If they answer the phones they normally say all calls are recorded for quality service and training. So Mr. Colette go and listen to all my calls then you will know your works nead trainig.

My problem are not sorted, but I will have to go to another provider.

Supersonic is bad do not use them, please!!!!!
