BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

First of all bad service! We trying ro get hold of them for almost 2 weeks when we phone they say no you can only whatsapp! When we whatsapp they are even worse. We are moving premises on Friday till date the line is not moved yet. I told them we wont have acces to the premises after Friday. They guy talkingbon the phone not even happy to serve me as a customer. Customer service is poor. Superstar lol NEVER! Why must we pay for a service that we not even getting.
