Bad Customer service

At Protea Glen .I've been offline for more than 6 hours yesterday , again we offline this morning. In both instances I called customer service no one seems to know what is the issue my last call was over 15 minutes promised to be called back. There is no form of communication from Supersonic regarding downtime. The service is very pathetic I wouldnt recommend this ISP for anyone .
